Within a month of relocating to Kauai in 2001, I “fell into” the real estate business as a general manager for a luxury vacation rental company. This segued into becoming a licensed realtor in 2004. I have engaged with all different types of buyers and sellers ranging from the first-time homebuyer to the sophisticated real estate client in both residential and commercial venues. I have worked as a Realtor through two very significant real estate cycles serving as the foundation for my career.
In 2015, I changed real estate firms and joined Elite Pacific Properties. I have double my sales volume each year since joining. In 2017, I was in the top 10% of Realtors for sales island-wide and procured a significant luxury transaction. With Elite’s top-notch agent and marketing support combined with hard work and experience, I have developed a System-Based Approach that achieves excellent results for my clients. Additionally, I serve on the Professional Standards Committee for the Kauai Board of Realtors.
I hold myself to a high professional standard and work tirelessly to achieve my client’s real estate goals. An acquisition or sale on Kauai is typically a very significant transaction and because of that I feel a high level of responsibility and accountability to my clients. I communicate in a pro-active, consistent manner and follow through on my commitments. Honing these qualities combined with implementing a System-Based Approach have been particularly beneficial for my clients because many reside off island and it builds trust between us. Many clients have become dear friends and a growing source of referral business.
