Paul J. Roy has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 1993 specializing in sales, new construction, brokerage management and real estate training. His business passion is helping others accomplish their goals.
Paul Roy was the 1st born child of dutch immigrants in Sunnyside, Washington. He grew up on the family dairy farm in Outlook, Washington where he learned the values of showing up early, working hard, and taking responsibility for others. After graduating High School, Paul joined the Army as a Military Policeman.
After being honorably discharged, he went to work at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Richland, Washington, performing many responsibilities during his 10 year career as a Tactical Response Officer, Nuclear Security Specialist, Investigator, and Human Resources Specialist responsible for various company training programs.
In 1993, he left his government job with great pay and benefits to start his own Real Estate career in Tri-Cities, Washington for Coldwell Banker. He quickly found success in the industry becoming the Rookie of the Year and for 7 years was in the Top 1% for his marketplace Specializing in New Construction and Development.
In 2005, Paul decided to stop selling real estate and became the manager for the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson company where he worked as an agent.
Paul became responsible for the day to day operations of a 70 agent and 5 employee operation. He was responsible for Office Management, Agent/Business Recruiting, Business Development, Agent Training, and the Management of all Employee, Agent, Company and Financial activities.
In 2012, Paul became an owner and managing partner for the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson's regional operations in Pullman, Washington and Lewiston Idaho with the same management responsibilities of his previous operations.
In 2014, Paul was offered a similar position with Coldwell Banker Makai Properties in Kauai, so he and his wife Rebecca moved to Kauai where they live and
